]]> Cadie's Cauldron Unavailable & Halloween Gift Box Issue Update http://pangya.ntreev.net/Content/101111010001-1.00215.aspx Mon, 26 Oct 2009 05:50:23 UT We've been continually monitoring Halloween Gift Box problem occuring for some players. We are aware that some players are getting the 'Fail' message when attempting to open the Halloween Gift Box.

Until we fully investigate the issue and resolve it, Cadie's Cauldron will be unavailable to prevent further Halloween Gift Boxes from being distributed. We hope to have the issue resolved by the 28th's maintenance and open Cadie's Cauldron again along with fixed Halloween Gift Box.

In the meantime, we've slightly increased the drop rates for all Candy Boxes on all courses for the inconvenience we have caused to some players.

These higher drop rates on the Candy Boxes will last until 28th Wednesday. Even if you have not experienced any Halloween Gift Box open error, you can still enjoy the increased drop rates on the Candy Boxes.

Birthday Sticker is not intended for use yet so they will be removed for anyone who still has them on their inventory. We've also received some reports that Pang Ramyon which was used as a prize item for Chrono Point Event which was limited to 30 days use was showing up re-hiring messages to some players. Pang Ramyon will be removed as well so that they can be properly re-used in the future events.
We apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused to some players.

Though there is still some time left before we can all tee off on the greens of Pangya Season 4. However, the new patch for Pangya: Season 4 is now available for download – Here 

(Please download the game as if you're downloading Pangya for the first time, the Season 4 patch will be included.)
 
That way, when Season 4 does go live, you’ll all be able to start playing in no time!

Please be ready in the Free 1 lobby at 4:25 PM PDT, this is when rooms will be created. The rooms will begin promptly at 4:30 with a 30-minute time limit, so it should finish by 5:00 PM.

What are the prizes?
If you play the full tournament with the Game Master and stay past the results screen, you will receive 50x Papel Shop Coupons and 18x Love Chocolates for participation. Players who disconnect or leave early will not receive these prizes!

It has been brought to our attention that recently there has been an increase in non-English communication in open Pangya channels (i.e. general chat), so we would like to take this opportunity to clarify our stance.  While we do welcome players from all regions who are legally eligible to play our games, we must insist on English as the only language to be used in public channels.
 
As Ntreev USA only conducts business in English, we are only to support that language.  Because of this, we are obligated to regard the use of any foreign language in public as spam since we cannot ensure that it complies with our Terms of Use.  Penalties for violation of this rule may vary based on the severity of the infraction from a warning to account closure.
 
If you witness players speaking a foreign language in a public channel (unlocked games, lobby, lounge, et cetera), please advise them that this is an English-speaking version only.  If the behavior persists, please take a screenshot and report it to 1:1 support or use the in-game reporting function if it is available where you're playing.
 
Our overall goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our players.  As a matter of courtesy, we would like all of our players to understand the language being spoken in-game.
 
In the meantime, please refrain from any inflammatory comments about race, religion, nationality, et cetera as that sort of behavior is both unconstructive as well as prohibited by our rules, thank you.

Any Pangya accounts with more than 100,000 Pang have been reduced to 100,000 Pang for game balance and security purposes.
Accounts with less than 100,000 Pang are not affected.

As part of our commitment to provide a safe and enjoyable game experience, 215 Pangya accounts were permanently closed in association with violations of the Terms of Use such as use of third-party programs and economy exploitation.  As a result of these closures, 738391400 Pang has been removed from the game economy.
 
Here at Ntreev USA we take cheating very seriously, and will take all necessary actions to preserve the integrity of the game.  Any and all violations of the Terms of Use will not be tolerated, and will lead to account actions up to and including permanent closure and restriction from Ntreev USA services.
 
We were able to take most of these actions due to 1:1 Support tickets sent to Ntreev USA staff.  If you have reason to believe that someone may be cheating, please send us a report with any details and/or screenshots you can manage.  All reports are reviewed and responded to in the order they are received.
